Betting and Game Rules
These rules explain how bets, spins and rounds are placed and settled across our games, and what happens if something goes wrong part-way through play. They sit alongside our terms and conditions and the rules held inside each individual game.

General rules that apply to all play
These betting and game rules form part of your agreement with us and apply to every game in our lobby, on desktop and on mobile. Where a game has its own rules, those rules apply to that game in addition to the ones set out here.
One account per player
You may hold one account with us. Duplicate accounts may be closed and play on them may be voided. We hold a gaming licence, so we are required to verify your identity and your payment methods, and we may ask for documents at any point while your account is open.
Real-money and bonus balances
- Your balance is held as real-money funds and, where you have an active offer, as bonus funds. The cashier shows both.
- Where both balances are available, stakes are taken in the order shown in the cashier for that game and offer.
- Real-money winnings can be withdrawn once any wagering attached to a bonus has been completed.
- Stakes must fall within the minimum and maximum limits shown on the game itself and within any limits set on your account.
Bets are final once placed
A bet is placed when you confirm it in the game and the stake leaves your balance. Once a round has started we cannot cancel, change or refund it, and we cannot alter a stake because a different amount was intended.
Check the stake before you confirm
Look at the stake, the bet lines and the number of hands shown on screen before you confirm a round. We cannot reverse a bet that has already been accepted by the game server.
How bets and spins are settled
Every round is decided by the game server, not by your device. The result recorded by the server is the official result of that round and is final for settlement, for payment and for any question raised afterwards. What appears on your screen is a display of that result.
- The in-game rules, paytable and help screens set out winning combinations, payouts and how any features work.
- The return-to-player figure for each game is shown in its information or help screen. It is a long-term theoretical figure and does not predict the outcome of a single session.
- Outcomes in slots and other random games are produced by a random number generator and are not affected by stake size, timing or earlier results.
- Where a game offers a jackpot or progressive prize, the conditions for winning it and how it is paid are set out in that game's rules.
- Rounds are settled in the currency and denomination shown in the game at the time the bet was accepted.
Our records of game rounds, including stakes, timestamps and results, are the records we use when settling any question about play. You can look at your own play history in the account section at any time.
Malfunctions, errors and interrupted play
Software, hardware and connections can fail. The rules below make sure that no one is paid on a round that did not complete correctly.
- A malfunction voids all pays and all play on the affected round. Any stake taken for a voided round is returned to the balance it came from.
- Where a game, feature or paytable displays an incorrect result or payout, we settle the round on the correct result and may adjust your balance accordingly.
- If you lose your connection during a round, open the game again. Most games resume at the point you left; others settle on the server and credit any win to your balance.
- Unfinished rounds left open for a long period may be settled by the game provider under that game's rules, with any win paid to your balance.
- Where an amount has been credited to your account in error, we may remove it, and we will tell you when we do.
If a round appears to be stuck
Close the game, open it again, and then contact live chat or support@casinodreamjackpot.co.uk with the game name and the time of play so we can look at the round on the server.
Playing with bonus funds
Bonus funds, free spins and other offers are subject to the bonus terms published with the offer as well as our general terms. Where those terms and these rules differ on a point about the offer, the bonus terms apply.
- A maximum stake applies while a wagering requirement is open. The amount is shown in the offer terms and in your account.
- Games contribute to wagering at different rates and some do not contribute at all. The contribution table in the offer terms shows which.
- Play that breaches the maximum stake, or that uses a restricted game, may mean the bonus and any winnings from it are removed.
- Bonus funds and free spins expire after the period shown in the offer. Anything unused at that point is removed from your balance.
- Features such as bonus buys, autoplay at raised stakes or risk-free rounds may be restricted while an offer is active.
You can see which offers are active, how much wagering is left and which games count towards it in the account section. You may cancel an active bonus there or by contacting us, and the bonus funds and any winnings from them will be removed when you do.
Live casino and table games
Live tables are hosted by a dealer and streamed to your device. The general rules above apply, with the additions below.
- Each table has its own rules, limits and payouts in its help screen, including how side bets, insurance and tie bets are settled.
- The dealer's decisions on the conduct of the game are final, including calls on card deals, roulette spins and the point at which betting closes.
- Bets placed after betting has closed are not accepted. Where a late bet is taken in error, it is voided and the stake returned.
- A card dealt in error, a no-spin or a break in the stream is handled under that table's rules, which may void the round and return stakes.
- Live play needs a stable connection. If you drop out, bets already accepted stand and are settled on the result of that round.
Chat at the table is moderated. Your seat may be released if you are inactive for the period set by that table's provider.
Questions, corrections and disputes about a round
If you think a round has been settled incorrectly, tell us as soon as you can. Write to support@casinodreamjackpot.co.uk or use live chat on the site and include the following details.
- The name of the game and, for live play, the name of the table you were seated at.
- The date and time of play, together with the time zone you were in.
- The round or game reference shown next to that round in your play history.
- The stake you placed, and what you expected the result or payout to be.
We look into the round using our server records and the records held by the game provider, and we come back to you with the outcome and the reason for it. Where an amount is in question, we may hold it in your account until the matter is settled. If you are not satisfied with our answer, our complaints procedure explains how the matter is escalated and how it can be taken to the alternative dispute resolution service set out there.
Play within limits you are comfortable with
Our games are for players aged 18 and over. You can set deposit and loss limits, take a time-out or self-exclude in the safer gambling area of your account at any time. Free, confidential help is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline, and GamStop can block your access to licensed gambling sites in Great Britain.
